Which states are covered?

Nine US states at launch — Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Missouri, Nevada, New York, Pennsylvania. Additional states are in progress via public-records request channels and will be added when available. New states are also added based on customer demand — see the coverage page to request yours.

How does Nevada coverage work?

Foretab covers nine licensing authorities — Las Vegas, Reno, Henderson, Clark County, and five others. Nevada licenses alcohol at the municipal level, with no single statewide database, so coverage is built jurisdiction by jurisdiction. Need a jurisdiction we don’t yet cover? How fresh is the data?

Seven states refresh daily, sourced directly from each state’s official liquor licensing authority. Georgia refreshes on a quarterly cycle. Nevada licenses alcohol at the municipal level, so its records come from multiple local jurisdictions. Every record in your feed shows when it was last verified — see the coverage page for the per-state cadence, and our data methodology for how we source and classify records.

Can I export to my CRM or spreadsheet?

Yes. Every paid tier includes CSV export from any filtered view. Works with Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, Google Sheets, Excel, or any other tool that accepts CSV.

What about California, Texas, or other states you don’t cover?

These states either have data broker registration requirements (California, Texas, Vermont, Oregon) or commercial-use restrictions on their public records (Washington, Nebraska, North Carolina) that conflict with how Foretab uses license data. Rather than navigate ambiguous legal territory, we’ve chosen not to operate in these states. The rest are deferred until demand justifies the work — request your state to move it up the queue. We continue to evaluate these requirements as applied to our specific product, and we may revise this list as that review progresses.
